Please supply us with your full name (include your middle initial), address, and telephone number.  Please note the Item Number, Title, and Issue Number of the books you will be purchasing or bidding on.

All prices are in
$US currency.  

Payment Options & Order Processing


Payment can be made by credit card, personal check, money order, or cashier's check.  We currently accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.  PCE reserves the right to reject payment by credit card.

Please refer to the following schedule when placing your order:

Check Orders:  Allow up to ten (10) business days from receipt of payment to allow for check to clear.  Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of NSF (bounced checks).

Money Orders/Cashier's Check:  Purchase made by money order or cashier's check will be shipped within two (2) business days upon receipt.

Credit Card Orders:  Credit card orders will be shipped within two (2)  business days.*

Shipping & Handling


Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 per order in the U.S.   All orders are sent via U.S. registered insured mail.  Insurance is included.  Please note,
multiple orders may be combined to save on shipping.

International shipping is $30.00 to Canada and other countries.  Insurance is extra for international orders.

Sales Tax


California residents, please add 8% sales tax to your order.
