Effective July 1, 2001, PCE introduced a new Fee
and Commission Schedule (see chart below). The new schedule has
now eliminated the buyers commission. In effect, PCE now offers
the lowest commission in the industry. We are also now
accepting online submissions which enable you to list your comics without
having to send books to the Exchange. To submit you books online, please
go to our submissions page and fill out the
online submission form. Upon receipt of your submission, comics can be listed in as
little as one (1) business day. Please note:
All books to be sold on auction must be CGC certified and must be sent in to the
Exchange before the auction date. To have your books certified by the CGC,
please see our CGC Certification Page.
PCE users now receive a 15% discount on CGC grading services.
